In depth study of the principles of energy balancing and self-help techniques to enhance self-care.Learn how to help your body heal itself — so YOU can easily improve your energy level and well being. You will learn hands on techniques, based upon the basic principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu, and related exercises designed to decrease stress and tension-related discomfort, and increase vitality and personal performance. You will learn how the body’s energy pathways can be cleared to relieve allergies, fatigue, arthritis, insomnia, headaches, menopausal and PMS symptoms, fibromyalgia and other discomforts.

Health at Your Fingertips Wellness Workshop (Level 2)

Take your study of energy balancing to a whole new level! You will come away from this workshop having a deeper understanding of how the body’s energy pathways function, how to “listen” to the energy, and how to balance the flow of energy.
Learn why Jin Shin Jyutsu and acupressure work and how to make even more positive changes in your body – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Health at Your Fingertips Mastery Program

Once you have the basics of Level 1 and the expanded knowledge from Level 2, delve into the intricacies of the energy body in the 30 hour Mastery Program. You will unravel the mysteries of the body as you increase your skills as an “energy detective” and add a new dimension to your work. With this knowledge you will be able to determine what is really going on in your or your client’s body. Discover how to let go of symptoms, help the body heal, fully prepare the body for whatever might come at it or whatever you’re asking it to do. With this detailed information about the body’s systems and organs, you will learn how to “read the messages” and help the body experience “moving forward” (letting go of old patterns and old health projects). Discover balance through this new expanded awareness of your body – physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.

Women’s Wellness Retreat

A “me day” where you will learn how to easily reduce anxiety and stress and enjoy time in Deborah’s luscious garden and home. You will practice ways to increase your vitality and productivity. Enjoy healthy and flavorful food, participate in gentle movement and take with you new strategies and information that will keep you in the flow.
