Hands on techniques, based upon basic principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu and related exercises designed to decrease stress and tension-related discomfort, and increase vitality and personal performance. A great beginning for a personalized wellness plan.

In-depth look at self-help tools
Learn how the body’s energy pathways can be cleared to relieve allergies, fatigue, arthritis, insomnia, menopausal and PMS symptoms, Fibromyalgia, and other discomforts.
Length: This workshop can be presented as one day long, two half days or 3 hour sessions.
